What We Collect, And What We Do With It.

This covers the 5-Day Claude Code Challenge: the registration page, the checkout, and the emails we send you. We kept it short and readable on purpose.

01 Who we are

We run the 5-Day Claude Code Challenge. When this page says "we" or "us," that's the two of us behind Hook Neural and the challenge.

The business responsible for your data is Hook Neural. If you have a question about anything here, you can reach us at hello@hookneural.com.

02 What data we collect

We only collect what we need to get you into the challenge and run it. That's it.

Your name and email. You give us these when you register, so we know who you are and where to send the challenge.
Payment information. Your card payment is processed by Stripe. Card data never touches our servers. Stripe handles it directly and we only see confirmation that a payment went through, plus the basics like the amount and the last four digits.
Basic usage and device info. When you visit our pages, standard things get logged: your browser, your device type, the pages you landed on, and how you got there. This is normal web traffic data.

03 Cookies and tracking pixels

Our pages use cookies and tracking pixels so we can measure where our visitors come from and make our ads work better. The main ones:

TikTok pixel. Tells us when a visit or a sign-up came from a TikTok ad, so we can measure and optimize what we run there.
Meta pixel. Same idea for Facebook and Instagram ads. It helps us see which ads bring people in and improve the ones we keep running.
Google Analytics. Standard website analytics, so we can see how people move through our pages.
Microsoft Clarity. Helps us see how pages are used, through aggregated session and click data, so we can fix what is confusing.
PostHog. Product analytics that measures page views and conversions so we can improve the funnel.

These cookies and pixels share some of your activity on our pages with TikTok, Meta, and our analytics providers for measurement and optimization. Most browsers let you block or clear cookies in your settings if you'd rather not be tracked.

04 How we use your data

Everything we collect goes toward a short list of jobs:

Deliver the challenge. Get you registered, send you access, and run the 5 days.
Process your payment. Take payment for your seat and any upgrade you choose, through Stripe.
Measure our ads. Understand which ads and channels actually bring people in, so we spend smarter.
Send you challenge emails. Reminders, daily session info, and anything you need to take part. We may also email you about related offers. You can opt out of those any time using the unsubscribe link.

We don't sell your personal information. Full stop.

05 Who we share data with

We share the minimum needed with the companies that help us run this. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job.

Stripe -- to process your payment securely.
Ad platforms (TikTok and Meta) -- for ad measurement and optimization, through the pixels described above.
Our email and CRM provider -- to store your contact details and send you the challenge emails.

We may also share data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

06 How long we keep your data

We hold your information for as long as you're in the challenge and for a reasonable time after, so we can keep records, handle support, and meet our tax and legal obligations. When we no longer have a reason to keep it, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you. You can also ask us to delete it sooner (see below).

07 Your rights

It's your data. You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it if it's wrong, or delete it.

To make any of these requests, email hello@hookneural.com from the address you signed up with. We'll handle it within a reasonable timeframe. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email -- no need to email us.

08 Where your data lives

We work with providers based in the United States and other countries, so your data may be stored and processed outside the country you live in. Wherever it goes, we expect the companies we use to protect it to a standard in line with this policy.

09 Children

This challenge is built for working adults and isn't directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from people under 18. If you believe a minor has given us their information, email us and we'll remove it.

10 Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and move the "last updated" date at the top. If it's a big change, we'll do our best to tell you directly.
