The Terms For The 5-Day Claude Code Challenge

Please read these terms before you buy. When you complete a purchase or take part in the challenge, you agree to everything on this page.

Last updated: May 29, 2026

This page sets out the rules for buying and joining the 5-Day Claude Code Challenge and any add-ons or upgrades offered with it. These terms are an agreement between you and us. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not buy and do not take part.

We may refer to ourselves as "we", "us", "Hook Neural", or "the company" on this page. We may refer to you as "you", "your", or "the participant".

1.Who We Are

The 5-Day Claude Code Challenge is run by Hook Neural, an independent business operating online.

We are an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. Claude and Claude Code are products of Anthropic. We teach people how to use that tool. We do not own it, sell it, or speak for the company that makes it. You are responsible for your own separate account and subscription with any third-party tool used during the challenge.

2.What The Challenge Is

The 5-Day Claude Code Challenge is a live, online educational program that runs across five days. You join the live sessions, follow along, and ask questions. The goal is to help you get set up and using Claude Code for your own marketing and business work.

The challenge may also include optional digital tools, templates, and recordings, either as part of an upgrade or as an add-on you choose at checkout. These are digital products delivered online.

This is education and access to tools. It is not done-for-you work, it is not a software license to anything we do not own, and it is not professional, legal, financial, or tax advice.

3.Pricing And Payment

All prices on this funnel are in US dollars (USD). The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for the seat you are buying at that moment.

Seats are sold on a rising price ladder. The entry price starts low and steps up as more seats are taken. The price you lock in is the price shown when you complete your purchase. Once a price step has passed, it does not come back. This is real scarcity. There are no fake timers and no fake seat counters.

Payment is processed by our payment provider. By buying, you confirm the payment details you enter are yours and that you are allowed to use them.

Order bumps

At checkout you may be offered optional add-ons, sometimes called order bumps. These are one-time digital products you can choose to add to your order:

Order bumps are optional. You only pay for one if you select it before you complete checkout. The exact prices are shown next to each option at checkout.

4.Optional Upgrades And Upsells

After your seat purchase, you may be offered one or more optional one-click upgrades. Your card is on file from your first purchase, so a one-click upgrade charges that card without you re-entering it. You only get charged for an upgrade if you click to accept it. If you decline, you keep your original purchase and nothing extra is charged.

VIP upgrade (one-time)

The VIP upgrade is a one-time charge in USD. It adds live hot-seat access, priority questions during the challenge, and the session recordings to keep. It is a single payment, not a subscription.

VIP payment plan (two payments)

If offered, the VIP payment plan splits the same VIP upgrade into two scheduled payments in USD instead of one. You receive the same VIP access. The second payment is charged to your card on file on its scheduled date. This is a split of the one-time price, not a recurring membership.

Founding community membership (recurring, monthly)

Read this before you accept the community offer

The founding community membership is a recurring subscription billed at $29 per month in USD. This is an ongoing charge, not a one-time payment.

Your first payment is collected when you accept the offer. The monthly billing clock starts at the end of the 5-day challenge. Your renewal is billed monthly from that point, at $29 per month, to the card on file, until you cancel.

The $29 per month founding rate is locked for as long as your membership stays active. The standard price for this membership is higher, and the founding rate is only available at this offer.

You can cancel any time. When you cancel, your membership does not renew for the next month. To cancel, contact us at the email at the bottom of this page, or use any cancellation option provided inside the membership.

By accepting the community offer, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge your card on file each month at the founding rate until you cancel.

5.Refunds

The challenge gives you live access to people and to digital products that are delivered the moment you buy or join. Because of that, our starting position is that all sales are final. This covers the seat, the order bumps, the upgrades, and the digital tools and recordings.

For the recurring community membership, canceling stops the next month's charge. Canceling does not refund a month that has already been billed.

6.Results Disclaimer

We will show you how we use Claude Code in our own e-com and agency work, and we will help you get set up and using it yourself. What you get out of this depends on the work you put in.

Nothing on this page, in the ads, on the sales pages, or in the challenge itself is a promise of any specific result, income, growth, or outcome. We do not guarantee that you will reach any particular level of success. Any example, case, or number we share reflects our own experience or someone else's, and is not a typical or expected result for you.

Building skills and applying them takes effort, time, and your own judgment. Your results are your own.

7.Acceptable Use

When you join the challenge and any community, you agree to:

You agree not to record, copy, resell, share, or republish our live sessions, recordings, templates, tools, or materials, except for your own personal use inside the program. You agree not to use the program to break any law or to harm anyone.

8.Intellectual Property

All of the content we create for the challenge, including the live sessions, recordings, templates, tools, skill packs, slides, written materials, and the funnel pages themselves, is our property or is used by us with permission. It is protected by copyright and other rights.

When you buy, we give you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own business. You do not get ownership, and you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish them.

Third-party names and marks, including Claude, Claude Code, and Anthropic, belong to their owners. We reference them only to describe what we teach.

9.Limitation Of Liability

We provide the challenge and its materials on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or lost business, arising from your purchase or your use of the program.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the program is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the product or service the claim relates to.

Some places do not allow certain limits on liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10.Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the last-updated date at the top. Your continued use of the program after a change means you accept the updated terms. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones posted at the time you bought.

11.Contact

If you have a question about these terms, your purchase, or canceling a subscription, reach us at hello@hookneural.com. We read every message and we will get back to you.
