Before We Go Further
The short version, before the long one.
We run an 8-figure e-com operation and a marketing agency on this tool. The same one we are about to set you up on. Same terminal. Same plain English. Same multi-million-dollar campaigns and agency-side automation, all run from the prompt.
Our own store. $10.7M in total sales.Client e-com. 21.62x ROAS, $371,531 in purchase value.
We do not teach this from the outside. We built our businesses inside it first, taught it to ourselves until it broke, then to clients, then to students who ran it themselves two days in. The full story is further down if you want it.
THE 5 DAYS
Here's What's Possible
Here's where you are by the end of the week.
01DayClaude Code installed on your machine. The terminal stops being scary. You run your first command and watch it work.
02DayYour memory system is in, so it knows your business and stops starting from zero every time.
03DayYour real tools are connected. Your lane, your stack.
04DayYou build something and put it live. Localhost to deployed.
05DayYou're running your own operator. The thing you watched everyone else use is now yours.
Then it splits by lane. This is what you'll do yourself.
If you run e-com E-com lane
Connect your Shopify and Meta to Claude Code.
Run the research that pulls your data and studies the ads already winning.
Come up with new ad ideas and generate the images, right from the terminal.
Edit your theme, pull product info, all from a prompt.
If you run an agency Agency lane
Build an AI receptionist and the workflows behind it from a prompt.
Connect your CRM and pull a client's call and message logs to find what's broken.
Build and send a Stripe invoice from a prompt, with the context already loaded.
Pull your sales calls, read them back, and organize your pipeline.
You start not knowing what to type. You finish running Claude Code on your own business.

The Backstory
We built this scaling our own e-com brands first.
We spent 8 years perfecting a system in e-commerce. Used it to scale our own brands to multiple 8 figures across home decor, fitness, beauty, and more. 50+ million views on a single video alone.
Our own e-commerce brands. 100M+ views. $10.7M in sales. Views turned into revenue.
Every campaign started the same way. Deep research before a single dollar went into ads.
What scares them. What they want.
How they talk about the problem
What competitors say. What they miss.
What hooks stop the scroll
What beliefs block the sale
What underwear they're wearing (just kidding, but you get the point)
We end up knowing more about them than they know about themselves. By the time we write the first headline, we already know what they're thinking and how they're thinking it.
Once we proved it on ourselves, we started running it for clients.
ORT's highest campaign hit 21.62x ROAS on $4,238 spent, generating $91,649 in sales from that ad set alone.
ORT. $42,406 total spent. $371,531 total revenue. 8.76x ROAS across the full account.
WIHFS was a seasonal product heading into what they expected would be a slow period. From $8K in October to $115K in December.
WIHFS. October. $8,269.December. $115,175. Up 14x in less than two months.
FR came to us at ground zero. Subscription product. $30 AOV. No campaigns. No subscribers. We took them to $8K MRR.
Increased their AOV from $30 to $60 because the research found the right people who bought more. Some of their subscribers now have a lifetime value over $1,000. On a $30 product. That's what happens when you target the right people from day one.
FR. From $0 to $129K in 12 months. Watch the graph climb.
Home decor. Fitness. Beauty. Fashion. Every win started the same way.
E-commerce was locked in. Our brands. Our clients. Same research process, same results.
But we'd only ever done this in one world. We had no idea if the system would work anywhere else.
One day, the founder took his wife to a med spa to get her lips done. The doctor asked him what he does for a living.
"I run an e-commerce marketing agency. We scale brands online."
She asked if he could help her get more patients.
"Probably not. We know e-commerce... We don't know medical... We don't know local lead gen. Completely different world."
But we had the research system. So we ran it on her market.
Under an hour later we had 21 pages of targeting data, messaging angles, and competitor intelligence for her exact specialty in her exact city.
First campaign: $5 cost per lead. 150+ leads. Appointments booked by AI. She never talked to a single one until they showed up.
Medical client ad account. $5 to $15 cost per lead across 6 campaigns.
So we kept going. Started running ads in the medical space. Signed more doctors.
Our ad account. $13 cost per lead. 32 booked meetings.
Discovery calls flooding in.Payments rolling in.
Ran the ads. Booked the appointments. Closed the deals. Same system.
$5 to $15 cost per lead across the medical board. Different specialties. Different cities. Same system. Same results.
Another medical client. Different specialty. Same research system. Same results.
By now we'd cracked two completely different markets.
E-commerce and medical. Products and services. Online and local. The research system worked in both.
Then an AI solutions provider saw the ads we were running and reached out.
He liked what we were doing and wanted us to build the same thing for him.
We told him his market was completely different from anything we'd done. He didn't care. He'd seen the results and kept pushing.
So we ran the research on his market. The angles were sitting right there. We took him on.
First campaign: $6 per lead. $15 per booked appointment. First shot. He didn't talk to a single lead. Our AI handled everything. He just showed up and closed.
AI solutions provider. $6 to $15 per lead. First campaign.
Then we handed it to strangers.
The biggest AI teaching communities in the industry asked us to come in and teach their students.
So we went in. Same philosophy. We had tested it, broke it, and proved it on ourselves first before teaching it to their students.
Then we gave them the whole system. A few sessions teaching them the actual process. Nothing held back.
But when we got inside, we saw something we didn't expect...
The community looked impressive from the outside. But inside, the students were stranded. Paying premium prices and getting recycled content.
The people running the community weren't showing up for them. Nobody was.
One student posted publicly two days after starting: "8 leads. $4.80 cost per lead. 2 winner ads."
Student's public post. Two days after starting."Your sessions really helped me a lot."
"You guys are legit.""Launching ads today. Thank you for your help!"
Days. Not months. They ran it themselves. That's when it clicked. The system doesn't care what industry you're in. And apparently it doesn't care who's running it.
E-commerce. Medical. AI services. Students who just started...
Get the research right and the ads write themselves. Get the research wrong and no amount of creative testing, audience hacking, or budget scaling will fix it.
We spent 8 years building this behind closed doors. Faceless brands. Client work under NDA. Nobody knew who we were and we liked it that way.
But after watching what happened in those communities... after seeing students get results in days that took us months to figure out... while the biggest names in the industry were charging money and leaving people stranded...
Something became obvious. People needed this. And we were done keeping it to ourselves.
Every operator running on AI right now is either guessing at their stack or paying someone else to guess for them. We watched it happen in every industry we entered. Same problem. Every time.
Then twelve months ago, the whole operation moved.
We took every single piece of that system. The research engine. The ads. The client work. The receptionist. The follow-up. The whole agency. And we moved it inside Claude Code.
From the terminal. With prompts and skills. No dashboards, no clicking. We type plain English and the thing builds, fixes, and ships.
The software we needed didn't exist, so we built our own command center inside Claude Code in a single working session. It runs every account we manage.
We taught an AI to book real appointments inside a clinic's own booking software. Software that's 20 years old. No public way in. We got it working and shipped it live.
We run the e-com side the same way. Fire off the research from the terminal, connect a brand's data, study the ads already winning, generate new ones. About an hour from knowing nothing about a brand to real ads ready to run.
Before a clinic owner ever talks to us, we set up a live AI for a clinic like theirs and let them call it. About five minutes from sending the link to having it ready.
One owner tried to book a real appointment through it. Twice. Before we ever spoke. Then she became a client.
We don't learn on clients. We prove everything on ourselves first.
So we packaged the whole thing. Not a course. Not a coaching program. The actual setup. The same Claude Code operation we use to run our own e-com and our own agency. Yours, on your machine, in five days.
That's The 5-Day Claude Code Challenge. And it's what you're getting today.
THE PROBLEM YOU ALREADY FEEL
Here's What Most Operators Do Before Touching Claude Code.
They watch a few YouTube videos. They open up Lovable or Replit or Viktor for a weekend. They paste a prompt. They get back a screen that half-works and half-breaks. They patch it with a freelancer, plug in another tool, and call it stack.
Then they wonder why everyone else is building real businesses on AI while their own setup keeps stalling.
Sound familiar?
Trap 1
The Guessing Game.
You pick a tool because someone on Twitter said it was the new thing. A week later you're staring at a dashboard full of half-finished features wondering which one to swap. You try a new prompt. You try a new platform. Nothing moves because the foundation was wrong from the start.
Trap 2
The Generic AI Trap.
You open one chat with one model and one prompt. The chat forgets you the next day. You start over. Same output that could describe any business in any industry. One model. One prompt. One surface-level answer. That's not building, that's typing with extra steps.
Trap 3
The Agency Black Box.
You pay an agency $5K to $25K a month to "do AI for you." They use the same Lovable and Replit accounts you could rent yourself. You're paying premium prices for a fraction of the tool, wrapped in a slide deck.
None of this is your fault. The tools available until now gave you 10% of the picture and expected you to guess the other 90%. Even experienced operators are making decisions based on surface-level setups. Not because they're lazy. Because nothing available could go deeper.
Until now.
It's not that AI doesn't work. It's that one chat, one model, one prompt can't do the work of a full Claude Code setup with your memory, your tools, and your stack already wired in. One chat gives you a paragraph. Claude Code, set up the right way, gives you a working business.
What Is The 5-Day Claude Code Challenge?
Claude Code is the tool serious operators run their whole business on. It writes, builds, connects to your tools, and pulls your own data on command.
One subscription does what you're paying a stack of apps to half-do.
The catch is the setup. It lives in the terminal, the black screen most people take one look at and close.
That's the whole challenge. Over 5 live days we get you set up from scratch. Day 1 you cross the terminal. By Day 5 it's running and you know how to drive it.
Two operators who run real businesses on Claude Code run it live. You get set up for the way you actually work.
E-COM LANE Research, ads, Shopify and Meta.
AGENCY LANE The receptionist, the workflows, the CRM and client side.
E-com on one sideResearch, ads, Shopify and Meta, run from the terminal.
One engine Two lanes
Agency on the otherThe receptionist, the workflows, the CRM and client side.
So What Does Crossing The Terminal Actually Get You.
01
You stop paying for the watered-down version. The money you burn on Lovable, Replit, or Viktor goes to one subscription that does more.
02
You build instead of wait. The ad, the funnel, the automation, the app idea you've been sitting on, you make it yourself.
03
You're set up the way you work.E-com gets the e-com setup. Agency gets the agency setup. Your install, not a generic course.
You've watched this from the outside long enough. Five days from now you're on the inside of it.
Built on and connected to the tools you already use.

THE COMPLETE SYSTEM
What's Included In The 5-Day Challenge
You're not just getting a course. You're getting the same setup behind $5 cost per lead clinic campaigns, 21.62x ROAS e-com brands, and our own command center. The whole thing, set up alongside you, live.
01
5 Days Live With Us
Five working days with both of us in the room. One running the e-com side, one running the agency side. Live, not recorded, not a series of pre-baked videos. You set it up while we're there.
Zero to running by Friday. No tech background required.
02
Day-1 First Win, On Your Machine
By the end of Day 1 you have Claude Code installed, the terminal stops being scary, and a command is running on your own computer. This is the part most people never get past on their own.
Cross the terminal, the rest is downhill.
03
The Memory System And Skill Stack
The actual setup we run. Your memory files so Claude Code knows your business and stops starting from zero every chat. The skills, the docs, the routing structure. You leave the week with the same stack we use ourselves.
Same engine. Your lane.
04
Set Up For Your Lane
If you run e-com: your Shopify and Meta connected, the research that pulls your data and studies the ads already winning, ad ideas and images generated from the terminal.
If you run an agency: your CRM connected, AI receptionist and workflows built from a prompt, Stripe invoices fired, sales calls pulled and read back. Your install, not a generic demo.
05
Replay During The Challenge Week
Every day is recorded. If life hits and you miss Day 3 live, you catch the replay before the week is out and walk in on Day 4 caught up.
You don't fall behind as long as you watch within the week.
Do I need any tech background or coding experience?
No. The whole point is that we get you set up without it. If you can join a call and follow along, you're qualified. The terminal is the only intimidating part, and that's exactly the part we cross for you on Day 1.
What even is the terminal?
It's the text screen software gets installed through. It looks intimidating and stops most people before they start. It's also the only thing between you and Claude Code. We walk you through it live.
What if I miss a day?
You can catch the replay during the challenge week. You won't fall behind as long as you watch it before the week is out.
I run e-com, not an agency. Or the other way around. Is this for me?
Both. That's why there are two of us, one running each lane. One sets up the e-com side, one sets up the agency side. You follow the lane that fits how you work.
Do I have to write code?
No. Claude Code does the building. Your job is to know how to drive it, which is what the 5 days teach you.
Is this just watching videos?
No. It's live, with us, in real time, while you set it up on your own machine.
What do I need before Day 1?
A computer. That's it. We tell you exactly what to have ready when you join.
One looks like the last six months. The other starts Monday, June 22.
Option 1 · Stay where you are
Close This Page, Keep Renting Lovable, Replit, And Viktor For A Fraction Of The Tool.
Open another tab. Watch another YouTube video about Claude Code. Tell yourself you'll set it up this weekend. Pay another month of three different tool subscriptions that half-do what one would.
Patch the holes with a freelancer. Watch your workflow break the next time one of those tools pushes an update. Keep paying the rent on the watered-down version while everyone else builds on the real one.
Option 2 · Join the cohort
Cross The Terminal On Day 1. By Friday You're Running The Same Tool We Run Our Whole Business On.
Show up Monday Jun 22 with both of us in the room. Past the terminal by the end of Day 1. Memory in by Day 2. Your tools connected by Day 3. Something built and live by Day 4. Running on your own by Day 5.
One subscription instead of three. Your install, set up for your lane. The same stack behind the campaigns and the command center, on your machine.
